Great for cooks who have smaller ovens or who dont need a giant pan, the 14 x 12 inch size is still generous enough for a batch of cookies. The pan has two layers of durable carbon steel with a pocket of insulating air in the middle that keeps cookies from burning. A nonstick coating keeps the cookies from sticking and makes cleanup a breeze. The pan has three flat sides that allow cookies to slide off onto a cooling rack while the fourth side has a lip thats easy to grab.
