The Smokey Mountain Cooker Smoker is multistory grill which is shaped like a bullet and has a porcelain-enameled water pan so the smoke spreads homogeneously around grills and cooking foods. It features rust resistant metal legs and aluminium dampers with glass-reinforced nylon handle so you can take your grill anywhere without having to worry about corrosion. The grill also features plated steel cooking grates on the top and heavy-gauge steel charcoal grate at the bottom as it is closer to the heat source. Convenient Design. Weber’s Smokey Mountain is convenient as it has a built-in lid thermometer to take the temperature of the food as to not over cook it. It also has a fuel door at the bottom so that you can refuel fire from wood chips without losing smoke, and as many times as your recipe or cooking requires.
