You may be alarmed to find your item inside of a box from a different product. The best way to receive a refund is to take pictures of the damage and send them to us. If you cannot send a pic, then you will need to return the item for a refund by opening a return in. If you throw it away, and then claim the item was damaged, you will not be refunded.
