The chopping board is scratch-resistant and moisture-resistant so that it can last for a long time. The board is made of FSC certified teak, which is known for its stability and moisture-resistant properties. The wood naturally contains a lot of oil and requires minimal maintenance. It is recommended to treat the board once a month with teak oil, as this will make your board less sensitive to stains and odours. After cleaning, carefully dry the board with a cloth and dry it standing with the grain of the wood facing vertically.
