It can easily be played in or out of the water- just fill up the pool with water and zip the boats around with the remote controls. The boats feature a rechargeable battery with the ability to charge from either the wall or remote controls. A 2.4 GHz connection ensures smooth and responsive gameplay while preventing interference between the two racers and controllers.
