The 2500 auto aligning, 6-column time clock stays on top of employee arrival time, departure time & overtime. The clock has a compact design that works in harmony with small work places. It features 6-column printing that accommodates three in & out punch intervals for lunches & breaks. The automatic aligning, top loading timecard feed saves time, eliminates timecard jams & enables single-hand operation. It has no employee limit for optimum flexibility, and an auto or manual shift option prevents over-printing on time card. The time clock displays time, date & day of week on an easy-to-read, backlit LCD screen. It the prints date & time (select AM/PM military or true military time format) with durable dot matrix printing that ensures clear, easy-to-read punches time after time. It also has a long-lasting, easy replacement ribbon cartridge and care-free automatic reset for short months. The internal battery backup safeguards data & settings for up to 30 days without power, and a tamper-proof security lock helps protect against costly time theft. This set includes 100 time cards, a ribbon, and a 10-slot time card rack.
