Oonis Premium Hardwood 5 Oak Logs are made from 100% oak hardwood from sustainable sources. This kindling is free from chemicals, aromas, or additives, giving you a pure fuel to infuse your dishes with all-natural flavors, and burning longer. They are perfectly sized for Ooni Karu 12 and Ooni Karu 12G. Just keep 5 or 6 pieces of kindling burning at a time for consistent heat. Each box will last long enough to cook dozens of pizzas.These oak logs are kiln dried and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified. *Please note that wood logs are a natural product which comes in varying shapes and sizes. What you receive may differ from the images shows on the page, but they will fit and fire your oven regardless. Due to fluctuations in moisture content some units may be lower that the mass advertised. Ooni is currently working to update the packaging to reflect this, however, the amount of wood packed per box does remain constant with a small unavoidable tolerance.
