Use to replace fans original downrod with a longer downrod for high ceilings. Ends drilled to accept a safety pin. May be linked with additional downrods with 337007 Downrod Coupler sold separately. Minimum distance between the bottom of the fan blades and the floor is 7-ft. Downrod only coupler additional electrical wire and other accessories not included.
