The Amana-Goodman 0130F00008S Ignitor is a genuine OEM replacement ignitor intended for use with various Goodman, Janitrol, and Amana furnaces. This gas furnace hot surface ignitor has an M-shaped silicon nitride element (much durable than silicon carbide material) that glows red hot to ignite the furnace chamber as electricity passes through the ignitor.
