The Breville Pizza Stone distributes heat evenly across the pizza base to maintain constant baking temperature. Pre-heat in your Breville Smart Oven for 15 minutes at 450 degreesF (230 degreesC). The pizza stone’s porous surface absorbs moisture from the pizza dough, resulting in a crisp brown pizza crust. May also be used with traditional household ovens.
