The fan is perfect for smaller joist spaces, able to fit in 2 x 6 inch construction. It can be installed in a wall or ceiling. It has rust-proof steel motor housing, a built-in backdraft damper and thermal shutoff, and includes articulating expandable anti-vibration brackets and a detachable connector for 4 or 6 inch ducts. UL listed for use in a tub or shower enclosure when GFCI-protected.
