Cool season turf, your most stressful times are summer when heat and dry conditions plug humidity push your Kentucky bluegrass, fescue and ryegrass into dormancy and slumber. You could also use Stress Blend as your final winterizer for any grass type as the high potash content is great for lawns facing cold stress.
