The seams are double stitched for added durability and the fabric is breathable so no ventilation panels required, reducing wind flap. You may also be able to use this as an AC cover. Measure and make sure your electrical lines and copper tubing is at the bottom or corner of the air conditioner unit. The covers are only to be used when you are NOT using your unit!
