Insulation is composed of a 1” thick layer of insulating foam with a sleek vinyl cover that gives the gives the window AC a clean built-in look. The panels cover the existing pull out plastic side panels (not designed to replace them) and provide a sleek easy to clean surface. The insulation kit fits window frame widths 36” or smaller. Panels are cut to size with scissors. The top piece is designed to fit under most window handles. The adhesive flaps connect to the AC only, and the insulation should stay firmly in place without using any of the adhesive at all.
