This professional-grade 7.5-foot outdoor patio heater is crafted from high-grade steel and aluminum, and is styled with durable black powder-coated accents. It features durable, commercial-quality components and a rust, fade and corrosion-resistant finish, even in the most extreme climates, along with wheels for portability. The sloped upper portion houses the beautiful flame tube, a 4-inch diameter, 50-inch long (over 4 feet), ceramic-glass column that produces a spectacular show as the heater’s flame dances within it. The stylish pagoda-shaped reflector spreads both radiant warmth and firelight around the heater. The stable, anti-tip base of the heater conceals a full 20-lb propane tank (not included), and all of the controls, keeping the heater’s exterior sleek and uncluttered. It utilizes an ultra-efficient, ceramic-glass, heating column that produces a true rated output of 38,000 BTU (other brands quote 42,000-46,000 BTU for inferior heaters). Exact heat range depends on the ambient temperature and the level of heat desired, but a 15-foot diameter warming zone should be attainable. Unlike traditional heaters with overhead elements, the heating column of this unit provides warmth from its entire length, producing a very even heat. Simple push-button ignition provide for fast and simple operation. The temperature control knob makes it easy to adjust both the height and intensity of the dancing flame. All accessories required for use are provided in the box: ceramic-glass heating element, heavy-duty LPG (propane) regulator and a pre-attached flexible hose. Simply supply your own propane bottle and fuel. Built-in safety valve will automatically shut off the fuel supply (shutting down the heater) if unit is tilted or tipped. Heater also features a pilot light system that provides for safer startups and shutdown. Protective mesh covers the ceramic- glass heating column. Compliant with Ansi, CE and CSA standards and specs.
