Gozney Dome Wood Rack

Gozney Dome Wood Rack is designed to improve your dome’s performance when cooking with wood. This rack sits above the dome oven floor to allow air from the ashtray vent to go about the fire and produce an even flame across. It minimizes debris from the wood fire to infuse your food with wood-fired flavor. It is intended to be used with Gozney’s Dome outdoor oven.
