From lattes to cappuccinos, the Bistro Electric Milk Frother turns milk into frothy foam at approx. 70°C in around 1 minute. The Bistro Electric Milk Frother can be also used as a milk warmer, by simply removing the whisk from the rotating shaft. For best results use ice cold non-fat or low-fat milk.
