DuraBox D500 through-door locking drop box provides secure depositing of valuable or private items such as cash checks car keys car remotes envelopes and more. Keep important items locked away and protected from theft. The great solution for when in-person exchanges become impractical or impossible; pick up items at your leisure. Best suited for indoor use. The D500 through-door drop box features a piano hinge reinforced double steel door to prevent prying and the metal baffle inside the drop opening protects against fishing contents. Includes 2 tubular keys that are harder to duplicate than standard keys. The 9-1/2″ wide drop opening fits letter-size envelopes and accommodates drop items up to 1-3/4″ thick. The DuraBox D500 through-door drop box requires making a rectangular cutout in a door. Includes metal frames to hide the cut edges. Able to be installed into doors up to 1-3/4″ thick.
